We are looking for passionate, playful individuals interested in their spiritual evolution and self-discovery. We place importance on being present to how we are feeling, what we are seeing and what our needs are while working together in a highly productive and inspiring environment that we create together.
Our intention at Chuckleberry is to provide an opportunity for volunteers to have a hands on experience of service in a community setting. One of the things this means is that everyone works together to serve the needs of the farm as opposed to personal preferences, even though we do accommodate preferences when we can.
The Chuckleberry Community farm crew is comprised of a group of individuals handpicked to participate in our community due to their desire to live with conscious awareness, authenticity and mindfulness in a sustainable way.

The work flow consists of 6 hours a day, 5 days a week, for a total of 30 hours a week. Volunteers will have two full free days off. There are also 2 hours of required Emotional Intelligence group trainings a week. Work at the farm may involve working in the greenhouse, gardens, office, etc. This work helps instill belonging, skill building, and self-trust. Being a part of a team instills awareness in working in a relationally attuned way, as well as building friendships.
Chuckleberry farm seva is an opportunity to re-pattern deep imprints of life-long fear-based ways of engaging in work in the world. You will be welcomed into the learning of how to engage in a highly productive workflow without abandoning yourself and your internal connection to source.
Preference is given to those who can commit to a longer period of time. We value the quality of our relationships and our experience is that it takes time to develop the trust necessary to open to deeper, more hidden parts of ourselves that may have been needing our attention for some time.
A commitment of at least 3 months allows for weekly Emotional Intelligence training and free admission to all Chuckleberry evening workshops during your stay.
A 6 month commitment provides a full training in the art of growing premium, quality microgreens at a commercial level. It is possible for shorter stays to be explored in unique situations where the needs of the community match the needs of the individual at that particular time.
